A pair of mid 20th century white painted cast iron 'Bilston' garden chairs, designed by Edward Bawden, 1903-1989, each with a geometric back and slatted wooden seat, 56cm wide These chairs were advertised in 1956 as being a new design by Bawden, manufactured at the Bilston Foundries Limited, in Staffordshire.
